dc.description.abstract The franchise has become one of the most widespread business models selected by a huge number of enterprises across the world. Suffice (it) to say, enterprises irrespective of franchisor or franchisee have gained a wealth of benefits through franchise. However, enterprises also face numerous risks from this kind of activity, and the risk pertaining to get-up or trade dress has attracted more concerns of enterprises.
