Abstract

This paper deals with the conditions under which the International Criminal Court shall exercise its jurisdiction over the crime of aggression. It discusses the authority of the Security Council, the General Assembly and the International Court of Justice to determine the existence of an act of aggression committed by a state. The paper includes an own proposal.
