Abstract:
In this report the author describes the terminal today, its physical appearance and the way it functions. The history of the airport is traced from its inception in 1927 to the present day, and possible future developments are outlined.
Presented is a detailed study of the patterns of use in the seating and baggage areas, the circulation paths and the role of static groups in the public concourse. Recommended changes are given for each of these individual areas and overall planning proposals are suggested.
