Abstract

Time based animate architectural form is a recent phenomenon in architecture. Through computer animations architectural forms are brought to life with dynamic qualities of movement, motion, and evolution. The acceptance of time as a variable in the form making process is more than just working with another dimension. It questions the extant modes of architectural production and perception.
