Abstract

1.0 AIM The aim of this report is to investigate the validity of Media and Real Estate industry reports which ask the question "Will there be an Asian Property Investment Invasion in New Zealand ?" 1.1 SCOPE This report identifies and investigates the investment criteria which an international property investor would look to satisfy in determining if, in general terms the market under investigation ( for the purpose of this study - New Zealand- in particular Auckland and Wellington) warrants further indepth analysis and exploration with regard to specific properties.
