The case study is analysed to establish a pattern of co-ordination relative to a building process model, and to identify constraints against co-ordination in practice. The cost of building services co-ordination problems is also studied. The study demonstrated the applicability of the case study method of analysis but concluded that a much larger number of cases would need to be studied in order to isolate constraints acting against co-ordination and to enable recommendations to improve the design process to be made.pdfen-NZhttps://www.wgtn.ac.nz/library/about-us/policies-and-strategies/copyright-for-the-researcharchiveWallaceville Animal Research Centre (NZ) Animal Breeding UnitBuilding superintendenceConstruction industryProject co-ordination: a study of building services design and project control through a case studyTextAll rights, except those explicitly waived, are held by the Author
