The building's doors lock at 5pm so you will need your student I.D. card to access the building after this time.
You will find plenty of study space, computers and printers, an extensive print collection and helpful library staff.

The library's Info Desk is staffed until 8pm on weekdays and until 3pm on weekends/holidays.

Welcome to our virtual tour of the Law Library in the Old Government Building at the Pipitea Campus.



The Law Library (and Law School) is located in the Old Government Building. The Old Government Building is a NZ heritage building and the second largest wooden building in the world.


The Pipitea Campus (which also includes the Wellington School of Business & Government) provides a full rage of student support services. The campus is convienently located near the train and bus station. Limited car parking is available.


The Law Library has three floors. In this tour, you can explore the ground floor, including the common area, the collection on level 1, and various study spaces on level 2.
