dc.description.abstractThis essay explores the impact of flexible learning on academic libraries overseas and in New Zealand. Information for this essay was gathered from the LIS literature and from interviews with New Zealand Librarians. Academic libraries must be focused on the needs of students and academic staff in the changing learning environment.
