A study of the New Zealand cement industry, its development, growth, and structure

Abstract

It has been said E.E. Hagen "Handbook of Industry Studies" (Free Press) 1958. that the basic reason for making an industry study is to gain increased understanding of how an economic system operates, and, especially how it is developing. It is therefore the purpose of this thesis to follow through this general idea in relationship to the development, growth, and structure of a New Zealand Industry.
