dc.description.abstract'This report is intended to provide guidelines for the design and operation of facilities used on a weekly basis by youth organisations, in particular those involving the Scout and Girl Guide Associations. It is to be used by a committee or group of persons involved in establishing, altering, reviewing, operating or managing their facility.
