Abstract

Despite the relatively high profile of workplace reform in New Zealand since 1992, changes in workplace practices in New Zealand are still largely being put in place in the manufacturing sector and the public sector. The pattern of change varies from workplace to workplace; with some practices being more common and highly developed in some workplaces than in others.
