This report argues that the architecture of Le Corbusier had relevance beyond functionalism and aesthetics: that the realm of his architecture incorporated, interpreted, and ultimately integrated his art. The significant and critical role of art in the architectural component of Le Corbusier's work will be explored. The art and architecture of this twentieth century architect, are examined and compared to demonstrate their interconnective role in what Le Corbusier produced; his absorbtion, immersal, and affiliation with these two elements.
