Shakespeare productions in New Zealand (1980 - March 2000) : an annotated bibliography

Abstract

This annotated bibliography contains 247 entries, organized firstly under the heading of the plays, then chronologically, and within that context, arranged according to the author, listed in alphabetical order. I have listed the references as fully as possible, and where the relevant bibliographic details are not available, I have indicated the sources (namely the archives from which the material was obtained) in a footnote where appropriate. And where there is a further reference, that too has been itemized; for example those sources quoted for the Playmarket Inc. archives show their reference numbers, not the original article reference numbers as these have not been included in any of the archival material.
