Abstract
This report investigates the saga of the Christchurch Cathedral Visitors' Centre. It is intended to not only describe the sequence of events in the project's history, but to draw from these principles and conclusions that could be applied in a more general sense to a situation with similar circumstances.
The report fulfils partial requirements of the Arch389 course of 1995 at the School of Architecture, Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. The text comprises approximately ten thousand words.
