dc.description.abstractThis written report accompanies the video WELLINGTON'S ARCHITECTURAL CLIMATE, 1990. Its purpose is to summarise how and why I have made the video. Hopefully, it will encourage students to question perceived course conventions and try something bold that can be of value to others and not just themselves. The video records the opinions of a chosen selection of Wellington's architectural profession on the architecture of their city and topical issues facing it. It also presents visual images of Wellington city as it lives today. The video is a time capsule of Wellington's architecture and architectural thought in 1990.en_NZ
