Bibliographic control of and access to electronic journals in tertiary libraries

Abstract

This research will study who is responsible for providing bibliographic control of and access to e-journals and whether there are any emerging guidelines or standards that tertiary libraries are using. The research may be used as a foundation for further studies in setting up guidelines or standards in tertiary libraries and as a basis for a similar study in other types of New Zealand libraries.
