dc.description.abstractThis research explores the nuances of sex work regulation through the lens of feminist legal theory. The research has a focus in New Zealand and in the prohibition placed by the Prostitution Reform Act 2003 on temporary migrants to work in the sex industry. This research shows that sex work should be treated the same as any other job and migrant sex workers should be assured the same rights and protections as permanent residents and citizens of New Zealand.en_NZ
