Abstract
National identity in architecture has been a concerned for quite some time. Despite such concerns, our country is gradually losing its identity. Buildings everywhere are looking increasingly similar and our architecture are not relating to the people and becoming more alien to our society than ever before. This research report is an endeavour to understand "why" and "how" have we lost our national identity. The report tries to identify factors that influence our national identity and ways that can be used to interprete our national identity through our architecture.
