Search Engine which is designed to help internet users to find information on the web is still in its infancy. Users still need to apply certain strategies to get an optimal search process. And for Non-English speaking users in developing countries, they have more problems. First is the language barrier and second is the internet technology is still new for most of them. To create an optimal search strategy for such people, we need to evaluate the existing strategies. Background information from those people is also needed as it will determine what they need and problems they have with the existing strategies. The report found out that those people have many problems, especially to get optimal keywords for searching and how to retrieve relevant information from the search results. To overcome this problem, a new search engine strategy has been created. The strategy has step-gy-step instructions to be applied for such people to get an optimal result. en_NZ
