dc.description.abstract Patrons of Lincoln University Library had identified problems with the holds and recalls process. Consideration was given to the particular needs of the patron types of undergraduate, postgraduate and staff. Focus groups were used to identify issues related to the effectiveness of the holds shelf, and other circulation matters.
