Selected annotated bibliography on the Chinese immigration to New Zealand (1987-1997)

Abstract

The bibliography has attempted to find and annotate items which deals with the topic of Chinese immigration to New Zealand over the past 10 years. The author has attempted to bring the target audience items from a wide range of items. However, due to the constraints on time, the bibliography has ended up concentrating on articles from newspapers and magazines. But there are also items from theses researches, books and grey literature. This is an interesting phase in the history of immigration to New Zealand and the author hopes that researchers will find it useful. Some of the major keywords in this bibliography are Chinese, Asian and immigration.
