dc.description.abstract |
The work presented in the following paper was instigated by a report in the Journal of the Chemical Society, of an investigation into the hydration of strong electrolytes by J. N. Sugden (Sugden (J.1926, 175)). Before describing this however, it has been thought advisable to give an account of previous work leading up to the principle which led Sugden to adopt the method he used. |
