dc.description.abstract The following Research Report follows the breakdown in the relationship of integration between art and architecture. It explores the relationships between artist and architect, form and space, form and perception, form and materiality, as well as examining our emotive response to the environment. The report also examines the methods we use to acquire art for the public and arts relevance in society today. The aim of this report is to inform the artist, architects and urban designers of the current trends in this area of architecture, the problems occurring and how we can address and resolve them. en_NZ
