dc.description.abstract |
The aim of this report is to look at the various outdoor spaces within a medium density housing development; to explore ways of optimising the amenity available to residents from well planned, well designed outdoor spaces and thus enhancing the livability of these environments.
In this report the term "Medium Density" refers to densities of between 15-30 dwelling units per hectare and discussion is limited to lowrise (four storeys or less) developments containing no more than 50 dwellings. |
