dc.description.abstract 'This report is intended to provide guidelines for the design and operation of facilities used on a weekly basis by youth organisations, in particular those involving the Scout and Girl Guide Associations. It is to be used by a committee or group of persons involved in establishing, altering, reviewing, operating or managing their facility. To develop guidelines, recommendations were sought from various user groups by undertaking an evaluation of four buildings used by Scout Groups. The recommendations and the process used to obtain them are outlined and the guidance developed from the recommendations given.' en_NZ
