dc.description.abstract With the development of technology and global markets, more and more film and video productions face international competition. The quality of production is one of the keys to achieve competitive advantage. This thesis will explore the application of total quality management in film and video production in China. The case study method was applied in a Chinese production team during its shooting period. This research is aimed to generate ideas on the feasibility of the application of quality philosophy within the film and video production industry in China. en_NZ
