dc.description.abstract As an introduction to the thesis, this chapter is structured in the following way: firstly, the general background of the thesis is presented. Secondly, the need and purpose of the thesis is explained. The research questions are presented so that the readers can better understand the intention of the research. Thirdly, the research design is explained briefly and the theoretical framework of this research is discussed so that the readers can understand the nature of this research. This is the foundation of the research. After that, a final section outlines the structure of this thesis, and some important definitions are presented so that the readers can follow the ideas of this thesis more easily. en_NZ
